interactions to deliver highly relevant messaging experiences.\nEmail Program Management\nOwn the planning, execution, and optimization of automated workflows, transactional communications, and promotional campaigns.\nDeliverability & Infrastructure\nMonitor and maintain email health, sender reputation, authentication protocols, and deliverability best practices to maximize inbox placement and engagement.\nExperimentation & Optimization\nDevelop and execute testing strategies across messaging, timing, segmentation, content structure, and user journeys to continuously improve Experience\nProven experience managing lifecycle, retention, CRM, email, or customer engagement programs within technology, consumer, SaaS, gaming, e-commerce, or digital product environments.\nMarketing Automation Expertise\nHands-on experience with lifecycle and marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.\nData-Driven Mindset\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make decisions based on measurable outcomes.\nSegmentation & Personalization\nExperience developing audience segmentation strategies and behavioral communication programs at scale.\nDeliverability Knowledge\nUnderstanding of email deliverability principles, domain reputation, authentication standards, and lifecycle communication best practices.\nSystems-Oriented Thinking\nYou naturally think about how processes, automations, and workflows can be
