Dive into attribution data to figure out which creators, platforms, and content formats drive the highest LTV (Lifetime Value) users.\nCreator Incentive Architecture: Structure and iterate on performance-based compensation models, affiliate structures, and milestone rewards that incentivize creators to actively promote our platform.\nScalable Campaign Operations: Move away from manual one-off deals. Build systems, automated workflows, and CRM pipelines that allow us to manage and track dozens of creator growth campaigns simultaneously.\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to build growth loops directly into the product (e.g., custom referral tools, creator-specific perks).\nRequirements\nThe Growth Mindset: Proven experience running performance marketing or growth campaigns-specifically leveraging creators, affiliates, or influencers to hit hard acquisition targets.\nData & Analytics Rigor: Highly proficient with growth analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or CRM tracking software).
