Your role will be split approximately equally between customer project management and hands-on ownership of our product and vendor master data.\n\nAbout Pack Tech\n\nPack Tech A/S is a global packaging company with roots dating back to 1946. We develop and supply packaging solutions for the beauty and personal care industry, as well as home, garden and industrial applications.\n\nWith colleagues and partners around the world, we help customers turn their ideas into packaging tailored to their needs. Through our Ocean Waste Plastic concept, we collect plastic from oceans and rivers in Indonesia and incorporate it into packaging.\n\nYour role\n\nBased at our headquarters in Hellerup and reporting directly to our COO, you will work closely with our sales managers, customer project management team and colleagues across purchasing, order management and finance.\n\nApproximately half of your time will focus on managing customer projects together with our sales managers, from the initial inquiry through product development and delivery.\n\nThe other half will focus on creating and maintaining accurate, complete master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our products are made to order and highly customisable, so each item needs the right information to support purchasing, ordering, invoicing, customs clearance and customer reporting.\n\nThis is a hands-on role with room to suggest and implement improvements to how we work.\n\nYour responsibilities\n\nCustomer project management: approximately 50%\n\nManage customer projects from initial inquiry to final product in close collaboration with our sales managers.\n\nCommunicate with customers, suppliers and our international offices to clarify requirements and move projects forward.\n\nCoordinate quotations, samples, product specifications and production follow-up.\n\nPrepare proposals and presentations based on customer needs.\n\nKeep track of project timelines, details and outstanding actions, ensuring clear communication throughout.\n\nMaster data ownership: approximately 50%\n\nCreate and maintain sellable items in Business Central, ensuring data is accurate, complete and up to date.\n\nMaintain product, material and component specifications, including information needed for CO₂ calculations and customers’ governance reporting.\n\nRecord customer item references, special requirements, packaging details and weights.\n\nMaintain sales and purchase unit prices.\n\nDeactivate outdated items and create replacement items when artwork or other specifications change.\n\nKeep item templates up to date and create new vendor records.\n\nWork with purchasing, order management and finance to ensure the data supports their daily work.\n\nIdentify and suggest improvements that make item creation and data maintenance more efficient and reliable.\n\nHelp keep our PIM system updated with correct information together with the other customer project managers.\n\nWhat you bring\n\nExperience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential. Experience with PIM systems is an advantage.\n\nIdeally, you have worked with both customer project management and master data.
