driving technical excellence, clarity of direction, and consistent delivery.\nDrive technical decisions and architecture in tight collaboration with the Frontend tech lead.\nArchitect and develop our web clients using modern tools and agentic AI.\nOwn the React frontend, driving its direction and evolution within a mixed codebase.\nEvolve frontend infrastructure and tooling to support scale, quality and uptime.\nPartner with Product to prioritize effectively and deliver high-impact outcomes.\nWhat you bring:\n7+ years of production frontend development, with strong hands-on React experience.\n2+ years of experience managing or leading an engineering team.\nStartup experience - comfortable with fast iteration, deep ownership, and ambiguity.\nSolid command of frontend build, testing, and deployment tooling.\nAbility to navigate and ramp up on mixed or unfamiliar codebases quickly.\nA sharp eye for UX and a feel for clean design.\nStrong communication skills in English, written and spoken.\n Nice to have:Experience with Vue.js and React Native.\nExperience leading distributed or global engineering teams.\nWhy Package.ai?\nYou won’t just be pushing pixels -
