What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, knows how to use AI to move fast, and can do deep research without needing everything handed to them. This isn’t just an SEO writing role, you’ll also be expected to dig into complex topics and turn them into strong TL articles and content.

You don’t need to know our space on day one. What matters is that you can understand it quickly, ask the right questions, do the research, and run with it. If you’re curious, resourceful, and someone who figures things out, you’ll do well here.

This role goes beyond traditional content writing. You will help build PackageX’s authority around AI, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, and the future of physical AI. You’ll identify high-value topics, develop content strategies, leverage AI tools to increase content velocity, and create content that performs across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms.

The ideal candidate is curious, highly driven, comfortable working independently, and excited by the opportunity to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

You Will

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with PackageX’s business goals, ICP, product positioning, and growth priorities.
• Research and create high-quality content around AI, physical AI, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, and enterprise technology.
• Produce a high volume of content, including SEO articles, thought-leadership pieces, product-led content, industry reports, guides, landing pages, and other strategic content assets.
• Develop content strategies around target keywords, search intent, customer pain points, industry trends, and content gaps.
• Optimize content for traditional search (SEO) as well as emerging AI-powered search and discovery experiences (GEO/AEO).
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, optimization, and content production while maintaining a high standard of originality and quality.
• Partner with SEO, marketing, product, sales, and subject-matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
• Identify opportunities to establish PackageX as a thought leader in AI-powered logistics and physical AI.
• Conduct in-depth research and develop original perspectives on industry trends, technologies, customer challenges, and competitive developments.
• Create compelling headlines, narratives, and messaging that resonate with logistics, supply chain, operations, and technology audiences.
• Regularly audit and optimize existing content to improve search visibility, rankings, engagement, readability, conversions, and overall content performance.
• Monitor content performance using metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, backlinks, engagement, conversions, and AI/search discoverability.
• Identify content gaps and recommend new opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, search behavior, and business priorities.
• Build repeatable content processes and frameworks that enable the team to produce high-quality content at scale.
• Stay current on developments in generative AI, AI search, SEO, content marketing, logistics technology, and B2B SaaS.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS content strategy, content marketing, SEO, or technical content writing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, search intent, keyword research, content optimization, and organic growth.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-powered search, GEO/AEO, and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Excellent writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for technical, enterprise, SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or technology audiences.
• Ability to understand complex products and turn them into simple, engaging narratives.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and SEO/content tools.
• A strong portfolio of published content, strategic content projects, or thought leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use content performance metrics to make decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High degree of ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience writing about AI, computer vision, robotics, automation, logistics technology, or enterprise software.
• Experience building content strategies for a startup or high-growth SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native content creation and research workflows.
• Understanding of how LLMs and AI search engines influence content discovery and brand visibility.
• Experience developing thought leadership and category-creation content.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, enterprise audiences, and product-led growth.
• Ability to turn proprietary insights, customer stories, product knowledge, and industry data into differentiated content.
• Experience using analytics and SEO platforms to identify opportunities and measure content ROI.
• A builder mentality, you enjoy creating systems, experimenting, learning quickly, and improving continuously.

What can you expect from the application process?
