You’ll own content that builds PackageX’s authority in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, and enterprise technology, from SEO articles to thought leadership pieces that actually say something.\nYou don’t need to know our space on day one. What matters is that you can learn it quickly, ask the right questions, and run with it. If you’re curious, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup, you’ll do well here.\nYou Will\nDevelop and execute a content strategy aligned with PackageX’s ICP, product positioning, and growth priorities\nWrite and publish a high volume of content for supply chain and logistics audiences, including SEO articles, thought leadership pieces, guides, industry reports, and landing pages\nConduct in-depth research on industry topics, trends, and customer challenges to develop original perspectives\nBuild content plans around target keywords, search intent, customer pain points, and content gaps\nOptimize content for traditional search and for AI-powered search platforms\nUse AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and drafting while keeping quality and originality high\nWork with SEO, marketing, product, sales, and subject-matter experts to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content\nWrite strong headlines and body copy that resonate with operations, supply chain, and technology buyers\nProofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity\nAudit and update existing content regularly to improve readability, technical SEO, rankings, and conversions\nTrack performance through organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, backlinks, engagement, and conversions, and use that data to decide what to write next\nBuild repeatable content processes that let the team produce quality content at scale\nWe’re Looking For Someone Who Has\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field\nProven experience in B2B SaaS content writing, content strategy, or SEO\nStrong grasp of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, and organic growth\nExcellent writing, editing, and research skills\nAbility to understand complex products and turn them into simple, engaging narratives\nWorking knowledge of CMS platforms and SEO tools\nA portfolio of published articles or content projects\nA data-driven approach to measuring and improving content performance\nAbility to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nHigh ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail \nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience writing about logistics, supply chain, automation, computer vision, or enterprise software\nExperience building content strategy for a startup or high-growth SaaS company\nHands-on experience using AI tools in research and content workflows\nUnderstanding of how AI search engines are changing content discovery\nExperience turning customer stories, product knowledge, and industry data into differentiated content\nA builder mindset: you like creating systems, experimenting, and improving continuously\nWhat can you expect from the application process?\nAll applications will be looked at by the People team, who will reach out to shortlisted candidates.
