Evidence.\nRole Overview\nPackageX is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Implementation & Value Realization to lead complex enterprise customer implementations, drive adoption, capture measurable value, and help customers successfully operationalize the PackageX platform.\nThis is a senior customer-facing role at the intersection of technical implementation, enterprise program management, customer operations, value realization, and strategic account execution.\nThe right person will work closely with operations, IT, product, and executive stakeholders to understand complex workflows and integrations, manage implementation timelines and risks, and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes with PackageX.\nThis is not a generic Customer Success role.This role owns the bridge between signed customer commitment and successful implementation, adoption, measurable value, and long-term account health.\nRole Details\nReports to: Head of Go-to-Market (GTM)\nLocation: This is a U.S. based role, with remote or hybrid flexibility depending on candidate location and company needs.\nTravel: Regular customer-site travel required for pilots, implementation, go-live support, executive readouts, and relationship building.\nCompensation\nTarget base salary: $135,000-$150,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.\nPerformance-based bonus tied to implementation success, time-to-go-live, customer adoption, value realization, customer health, and qualified expansion opportunities.\nExpected total compensation: $175,000-$200,000 OTE, based on achievement of performance objectives.\nThe compensation package also includes a meaningful equity grantaligned with the company’s stage and the scope of the role.\nWhat You’ll Own\nEnterprise customer implementation plans.\n\nCustomer onboarding and go-live execution.\n\nImplementation milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.\n\nTechnical implementation coordination across customer and internal teams.\n\nWorkflow adoption, usage tracking, customer health, and implementation risk visibility.\n\nROI and value realization documentation.\n\nExecutive-ready customer progress updates.\n\nInternal coordination across sales, product, engineering, AI, and customer teams.\n\nPost-sales process discipline, implementation handoff quality, and operating cadence.\n\nExpansion-signal identification and structured handoff to commercial teams.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nConvert closed-won customer commitments into structured implementation plans.\n\nManage multiple enterprise customer implementations simultaneously.\n\nLead customer implementation calls and drive go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones.\n\nIdentify blockers early and escalate clearly.\n\nPartner with technical teams to deliver customer workflows successfully.\n\nTranslate customer needs into clear internal action plans.\n\nCapture measurable value, ROI, and customer evidence.\n\nBuild implementation playbooks and improve post-sales execution.\n\nStrengthen alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer teams.\n\nServe as a senior customer-facing partner to business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin the first 90 days:\nActive customer implementations have clear owners, statuses, timelines, risks, and next steps.\n\nStrategic accounts have visible go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones.\n\nCustomer risks are surfaced before they become escalations.\n\nImplementation handoffs are cleaner and more consistent, and customer value and ROI evidence is systematically captured.\n\nExecutive stakeholders have clear visibility into implementation progress.\n\nPost-sales execution becomes more structured, visible, and repeatable.\n\nIdeal Background\n6-10 years in technical implementation, enterprise implementation, technical program management, solutions consulting, value realization, strategic account management, or enterprise customer success.\n\nExperience managing complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.\n\nExperience with enterprise SaaS, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, retail operations, manufacturing, field operations, or workflow automation.\n\nStrong customer-facing communication, project management, and follow-through.\n\nComfortable working with technical products, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and enterprise systems.\n\nAble to translate customer requirements into clear execution plans.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and creating clarity in ambiguous environments.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with logistics, warehousing, 3PL, manufacturing, retail operations, or supply chain technology.\n\nExperience working with AI, computer vision, automation, or workflow platforms.\n\nExperience building implementation playbooks and supporting value-based customer conversations.\n\nExperience partnering closely with technical teams and enterprise customers.\n\nExperience with WMS, TMS, ERP, NetSuite, AS400, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or
