PCA provides all special and heavy tools.\nPCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends\nPCA provides Uniforms for Maintenance Technicians\n\nResponsibilities\nThis position is based at the PCA Mason Plant located in (Mason, MI).\nThis position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.\nTechnicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.\nAll Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.\nA Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.\nThe production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority.
