environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:\nTroubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems\nDiagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely\nPerforming preventive and predictive maintenance\nWorking closely with production and other maintenance team members\nContinuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs\nNo one expects you to know everything—PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired:\n2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery\nStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi-craft skills\nAbility to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)\nPreferred (not required):\nTechnical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)\nExperience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or
