PCA provides all special and heavy tools.\nPCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends\nPCA provides Uniforms for Maintenance Technicians\n\nResponsibilities\nThis position is based at the PCA Seattle Plant located in Algona, Washington.\nThis position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.\nTechnicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer breakdown calls in a Production Environment.\nAll Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft, and training is provided to develop these skills.\nThe production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nRead and write in English\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to work 3rd shift\n2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.\nMust provide own tools.
