Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.\nFollow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.\nMaintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.\nMay be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: \nHigh School Graduate or GED.\nMust be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. \nMust be willing to work the 2nd and 3rd shift, as assigned.\nMust have a good attendance record.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: \nExperience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.\nPossess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.\n\nBe passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\nMust be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.\nAbility to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.\nExcellent communication skills.\nThrive in a cross-functional team environment.\nWork with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.\nStrong verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.\n\nShifts:\n1st Shift: 7am -
