# Quality Assurance/Quality Control Supervisor

Function and Scope Management of all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for fixed equipment. To include weld inspection, assembly inspection, and management of materials of construction. Duties will include field inspections of equipment to include internal inspection of tanks and digesters. Travel may be required at times for shop inspections. Duties and Responsibilities Manage all quality assurance and quality control aspects of mechanical repairs Manage tank integrity projects for tanks requiring maintenance according to API 653 regulations Support portions of larger capital projects requiring new tank construction per API 650 and/or significant tank upgrades Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Environmental to develop schedule for performing tank work Prepare estimates, budgets, schedules, materials and contract specifications, procurement plans, and work plans for projects, track and report on project progress and performance Plan, schedule, and execute tank integrity projects to meet Company standards and policies Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for assigned projects Prepare the annual sustaining capital budget and
