Develop preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance procedures as required to insure equipment availability. Work with peers to effectively maintain equipment to achieve uptime goals as set by the department. \nBasic Qualifications: BS degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering with 2-3 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; pulp and paper experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and follow up skills. Demonstrated skills in setting priorities and delegating, analytical problem solving, and facilitating in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to function and contribute within a team environment. Computer skills required.
