Accountabilities include:\nEach intern will be paired with a mentor to guide their development throughout the summer\nWork on special projects assigned to assist each business function of Design, Customer Service, Production and Sales. \nUnderstand PCA’s business, industry, and sales process\nBuild core sales skills: communication, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and networking\nAssist with customer communication: inquiries, new items, lead follow-up, and complaint resolution\nBuild a prospect list and visit customers with experienced Sales Representatives \nPresent a final project to the management team and fellow interns\n\nEducational Requirements:\nMust be currently enrolled student majoring in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline and have completed their freshman year. \nA minimum grade point average of 3.0/4.0 is required \nMust be eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis\nAbilities/Skills:\nStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential\nMust be comfortable engaging with mentors, team members and customers \nCandidate must display maturity and a high level of professionalism\nMust be able to handle
