This role is about running a disciplined delivery function that protects client experience, consultant focus, and the reputation of every report that goes out the door.\nThis role requires both operational discipline and client-facing judgment. As an experienced project manager, you will own a portfolio of engagements end-to-end for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) - handling scoping conversations, managing scope and schedule changes, and making difficult calls in real time - while contributing to how the PMO improves over time. Having a dedicated PM is a key part of the premium polish our clients receive, ensuring short, impactful penetration test executions feel completely smooth and effortless. You will do this with the backing of a leadership team that values substance over noise, clear communication over performative busyness, and sustainable delivery over short-term heroics.\nWho we are looking for\n3-5 years of project management experience in an IT services, consulting, or professional services environment\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements independently\nStrong client-facing skills - you can hold your own in a scoping call, a scope-change conversation, or a debrief with a CIO\nProven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across project lifecycles\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities\nClear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong organizational discipline - you own your portfolio, you don't drop things, and you flag issues early\nSelf-sufficient and dependable in a remote environment\nValued but not required:\nExperience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or infosec consulting\nPMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification\nBachelor's degree in business, IT, communications, or related field\nFamiliarity with penetration testing lifecycle or common security frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)\nExperience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)\nBackground working with technical consultants or engineering teams\n\nCustomer-first mentality.
