As a key member of our cohesive AR team, you will independently manage a variety of responsibilitieswithin customer profiles with a high levelof proficiency. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Operations and Sales, helping to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.\nWhat You'll Do\nCommunicate with customers regardingthe status of their accounts, including providing supporting documentation for invoices.\n\nCollaborate with AR team members for daily review of material shipment orders on credit hold.\n\nSet up and maintaincredit limits and assess credit risk for new customers.\n\nReview and manage collections and account reconciliations.\n\nReview and manage customer portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) for assigned accounts.\n\nProvide support during external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nA minimumof 1yearexperience in accounting is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of Accounts Receivable processes within a corporate accounting environment preferred.\n\nExperience within a corporate accounting environment is a plus.\n\nStrong proficiencyin MS Excel and Word is required.\n\nExperience with SAP, Quadient/YayPay, and Salesforce preferred.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and customers at all organizational levels.\n\nAbility to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nWhat We Offer\nThe hourly rate for this role is $29-$31/hr; however, Packsizeconsiders several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.Packsize offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, short-termand long-term disability, life, and 401(k) employer match.
