To us, packaging is much more than a box-it’s delivering what’s right for our customers, their customers, our people, and the planet.\nWhat You'll Do\nConfigure, maintain, and improve eQMS (workflows, forms, automation) Quality Engineer\nUtilize advanced data analysis techniques to monitor quality performance, identify trends, and predict potential issues.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights and regularly produce quality reports for management.\nLead and manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits across operations in accordance with applicable Perform advanced inspections and analysis of materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance, support the company’s ISO management systems, and drive corrective-action follow-up through closure.\nLead and facilitate process risk assessments using methodologies like PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)\nLead multidisciplinary teams in performing robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures, defects, and nonconformities\nDrive effective Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes using methodologies such as 8Ds, A3S, and Ishikawa diagrams\nLead efforts to continuously improve key Quality Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAnalyze quality processes, conduct testing and statistical evaluations, identify product quality risks, and drive continuous improvements to ensure compliance, reliability, and operational excellence\nCollaborate with global team members to scale and build global processes and systems\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field\n2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a closely related quality-focused engineering role.\nWhat We Offer\nThe salary range for this role is $67,245-$80,700 however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role bein offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.\nIf this role excites you but you don’t meet each requirement listed, we encourage you to apply anyway.
