To us, packaging is much more than a box-it’s delivering what’s right for our customers, their customers, our people, and the planet.\nWhat You'll Do\nTriage incoming Document Control requests, evaluate completeness against process requirements, and disposition or route work appropriately \nOversee controlled documents from creation, review, and approval to distribution and obsoletion.\nAuthor and edit controlled content in the CCMS\nPerform final QA checks prior to document release\nPublish final documents and update registry/version tables\nOwn and monitor support channels\nProcess quality-related requests such as vendor onboarding and RFI questionnaires, researching and compiling accurate responses using the controlled document library \nSupport administrative and compliance-related documentation (policies, safety documentation, and similar materials that span multiple functional areas), applying judgment on appropriate ownership and classification.\nAssist with tracking and flagging documentation gaps identified through internal or external audits\nContribute to process improvement initiatives, including document control workflow refinements and definitions of what qualifies as a controlled document.\nBuild working relationships with knowledge management, quality assurance, safety, security, and HR teams to understand documentation needs and keep controlled content current.\nRepresent document control standards and expectations when coordinating with other teams\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, quality, business administration, or related discipline \n1-3 years demonstrated experience in QA/QC document control, preferably in a hardware manufacturing setting\nStrong writing and organizational skills\nAttention to detail\nProficiency in research and technical understanding\nEffective communication abilities\nAdaptability to industry changes\nBasic project management skills \nA knack for problem-solving.\nIntermediate computer skills required, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data tracking, basic formulas, and reporting) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nNice to Have\nExperience with compliance management\nExperience with internal auditing\nFamiliarity with quality systems and improvement methods such as CAPA, RCA, PFMEA, DMAIC or PDCA.\nExposure to topic-based authoring concepts\nPacksize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
