About the role
As a Supplier Relations Manager, you will oversee supplier relationships and sourcing activities across Europe, ensuring reliable supply, competitive costs, and excellent customer service. You will work closely with internal teams and strategic suppliers to drive operational efficiency, manage risks, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making.
What you’lldo
Manage Packsize corrugated board suppliers-negotiating price, terms, and contracts
Manage suppliers of glue, tape, and labels used in packaging
Analyzesupply chain costs to reduce landed costs for each customer
Collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure customer expectations are met
Develop Supply Chain solutions to resolve Customer Operations challenges
Develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with Account Managers
Utilize Business Intelligence tools to generate data-driven insights and create reports
Create volume forecast by region and by supplier
Lead Quarterly Board Reviews with executives from corrugated suppliers
Collaborate with Account Managers to implement service and delivery solutions
Update quarterly corrugated costs using paper index
Prepare for peak demand surges by identifyingsupply risks in advance
What you’llneed
Demonstrates strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear, concise, and impactful messages to Sales Leaders, Packsize Executives, and Supplier Executives.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Represent Supply Chain functions in Europe by communicating professionally and developing working relationships with Quality, Customer Operations, and Sales
5+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience, with proven experience working across multiple European countries.
Fluent in English(Written & Spoken)
Nice to have
German, Dutch, French, or SpanishSpeaking
Advanced proficiencyin business intelligence tools, MRP systems, and SAP
