This role ensures that essential items are ordered, stocked, and distributed efficiently to support resident care and daily operations.\nEssential Duties\nOrder, receive, and stock central supply items such as briefs, gloves, gowns, and over-the-counter medications\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure supplies are organized and accessible\nMonitor usage patterns and communicate concerns about overuse or shortages to nursing leadership\nIdentify and recommend new products or systems that improve efficiency and support staff needs\nAssist other departments with supply-related tasks as needed\nMaintain supply budget and track expenditures\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers\nUnderstand basic contract terms and use ordering software to manage purchases\nQualification\nEducation and/or Experience\nCertified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) preferred\nPrior experience in inventory management or supply coordination in a healthcare setting is a plus\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with ordering systems\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities\nEffective communication and teamwork skills\nPhysical Demands\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching\nRegular lifting, pushing, or pulling of supply boxes and carts up to 40 lbs\nRepetitive tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing inventory\nUse of carts, ladders, and basic supply equipment\nAbility to move throughout the facility to deliver supplies to various departments\nWork Environment\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
