This role is essential to ensuring resident comfort, infection prevention, and overall facility cleanliness.\nKey Responsibilities\nClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas\nSweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas\nClean lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and other public spaces\nEmpty trash receptacles and replace liners\nClean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, dispensers, and other surfaces\nDust and sanitize handrails and high-touch areas\nOperate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectively\nFollow all safety procedures, infection control guidelines, and chemical handling protocols\nMaintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in a clean and organized manner\nReport safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptly\nProvide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors\nWork independently and as part of a team to meet facility cleanliness standards\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrevious housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus\nAbility to follow instructions, policies, and safety procedures\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nDependable, organized, and team-oriented\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
