This role is essential in supporting resident comfort, infection control, and overall facility operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas\nSweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas\nEmpty trash containers and replace liners\nClean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and other surfaces\nMaintain handrails, drinking fountains, and high-touch areas\nFollow infection control, safety, and cleaning procedures\nOperate housekeeping equipment safely and effectively\nKeep housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supplies organized\nReport safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptly\nProvide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors\nWork independently and as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standards\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrevious housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness\nAbility to follow directions and safety guidelines\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nReliable, dependable, and team-oriented\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
