This role is essential to ensuring a positive employee experience from hire to retention.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews\nManage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processes\nSupport payroll functions (Workday experience preferred)\nAssist with accounts payable and invoice filing\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation\nAssist with employee relations and engagement initiatives\nEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulations\nMaintain PBJ reporting - experience with PBJ preferred\nProvide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires\nQualifications\nPrior HR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)\nExperience with payroll processing (Workday preferred)\nExperience with accounts payable management preferred\nStrong recruiting and onboarding experience\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask\nPassion for creating a great employee experience\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nFriendly, approachable, and professional\nStrong attention to detail and organization\nTeam-oriented with a positive attitude\nPassionate about supporting staff and building culture\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
