Mediate workplace conflicts, conduct objective investigations, and advise supervisors on corrective actions to minimize turnover and burnout.\nBenefits & Leave Management: Administer employee benefits programs and oversee complex healthcare leave scenarios, including FMLA, short-term disability, and workers' compensation claims tracking.\n HRIS & Documentation: Maintain precise electronic personnel records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Audit files regularly for regulatory readiness.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: 2+ years of progressive HR experience\n Skills: Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP).
