{"id":2251283,"url":"https://alion.io/job/pacs-group-marketer-full-time","title":"Marketer Full-time","company":{"id":2097919,"name":"PACS Group","domain":"pacs.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/pacs-com","size_band":"501-1000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workday","truth_index":{"grade":"B","score":80,"open_postings":13,"ghost_share":0,"stale_share":1,"repost_share":0,"time_to_fill_p50_days":9,"computed_at":"2026-10-13T05:45:00Z"}},"role":"Marketing","role_family":"Marketing","seniority":"senior","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["United States"],"countries":["US"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":76000,"max_usd":155000,"period":"year","method":"role_seniority_country_remote_cell","sample_n":2434},"experience_years_min":5,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-09T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-09","last_verified_at":"2026-10-13T01:14:39Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":4,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":4},"description":"General Purpose\nThe primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services.\nEssential Duties\nMaintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.\nPlan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs to maintain and increase census and provide the community with accurate information about the facility, its programs, and services.\nDevelop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning residents, employees, and the facility in accordance with current privacy rules and regulations.\nAssist department directors in developing and using marketing and public relations policies and procedures; establish rapport between departments to ensure all staff understand their role in these programs.\nReview marketing and public relations policies annually and recommend updates as necessary.\nAssist in the development, implementation, and tracking of customer satisfaction surveys.\nInterpret and communicate facility policies regarding information release to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.\nEnsure all public materials (manuals, brochures, information packets, etc.) are accurate and up to date.\nOrganize and maintain internal communications using bulletin boards, newsletters, committee meetings, and announcements.\nSchedule and participate in departmental meetings related to marketing and public relations activities.\nProvide creative support for activity and social services departments in developing resident programs and publications.\nMaintain positive relationships with families, residents, and community and civic leaders.\nParticipate in community and civic groups to promote facility engagement and charitable activities.\nCoordinate with news media to share positive developments, new programs, or promotions.\nKeep the Administrator informed of media coverage or public information that could impact the facility.\nDuring emergencies, establish a public relations area to ensure accurate and policy-compliant information release.\nAssist in planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training, orientation, and on-the-job training related to marketing and public relations.\nCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis throughout the facility.\nFollow ergonomics and safety policies related to lifting, repetitive tasks, and equipment use.\nPrepare and manage the departmental operating budget in collaboration with the Administrator.\nServe on committees as directed by the Administrator.\nMaintain confidentiality of all resident information, including protected health information.\nInterpret and communicate resident rights to residents, families, and staff as appropriate.\nSupervisory Requirements\nThis position includes direct or indirect supervisory responsibilities.\nQualification\nEducation and/or Experience \nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent. Five years of experience in marketing/public relations in a healthcare setting may be accepted in lieu of a degree.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.\nPhysical Demands\nMust occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.\nProlonged use of a desktop or laptop computer.\nRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, read, and hear. • Frequent use of office equipment including copier, scanner, fax, telephone, and calculator.\nMay be required to assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.\nWork Environment\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
