If you are passionate about providing exceptional resident care and thrive in a leadership role, we would love to have you join our team!\nGeneral Purpose\nThe RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations during the assigned shift. This role ensures all care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality care.\nEssential Duties\nSupervise and support nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses\nCoordinate and participate in resident care and perform skilled assessments\nAdminister medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed\nMake rounds and provide shift reports\nMonitor and respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies\nCommunicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and families\nEnsure physician orders are accurate, current, and properly communicated\nOversee admissions, care planning, and documentation compliance\nParticipate in quality assurance programs and regulatory surveys\nConduct audits of medication carts, documentation, and nursing practices\nMonitor infection control and safety procedures\nCoach, counsel, and educate staff to support performance and growth\nFacilitate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration\nIdentify staffing needs and support scheduling as needed\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nAssist with the overall supervision and management of the nursing staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience:\nGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing\nMinimum of 2 years nursing experience (SNF experience preferred)\nSupervisory experience preferred\nExperience with EHR systems (PCC preferred)\nLicenses & Certifications:\nCurrent RN license in good standing\nCurrent CPR certification\nSkills & Abilities:\nStrong leadership and clinical skills\nExcellent communication and organizational abilities\nAbility to interpret policies, procedures, and regulations\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nPhysical Demands\nFrequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and reaching\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching\nStrong visual, auditory, and communication abilities required\nWork Environment\nThis position operates in a healthcare setting with a moderate noise level.
