General Purpose The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations during the assigned shift. This role ensures all care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality care. Essential Duties Supervise and support nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses Coordinate and participate in resident care and perform skilled assessments Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed Make rounds and provide shift reports Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and families Ensure physician orders are accurate, current, and properly communicated Oversee admissions, care planning, and documentatio
