This role plays a critical part in supporting resident well-being, infection prevention, and overall facility cleanliness.\nKey Responsibilities\nClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas\nSweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas\nClean lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and other public spaces\nEmpty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed\nClean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, dispensers, and other surfaces\nDust and sanitize handrails and other high-touch areas\nFollow all safety procedures, infection control guidelines, and chemical handling protocols\nOperate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectively\nMaintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in a clean and organized manner\nReport safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptly\nDemonstrate excellent customer service with residents, families, and visitors\nWork independently and as part of a team to meet facility cleanliness standards\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrevious housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus\nAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelines\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nDependable, organized, and team-oriented\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic\nCompassion for an underserved population\nCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting\nPride in delivering quality work that enhances residents' quality of life\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
