Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.\n About this opportunity\nThe purpose of the HSES Advisor position is to provide hands on support and drive consistent implementation of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability systems across the sites, to ensure the organisation meets its legal and ethical obligation to provide a safe workplace. To consult and collaborate with all key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.\nYour key responsibilities will be to:\nChampion a positive safety culture and lead HSES initiatives across the site.\nConduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.\nSupport the implementation of HSES systems, policies and compliance requirements.\nDrive corrective actions, continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities.\nDeliver HSES training, coaching and awareness programs across multiple shifts.\nPartner with leaders, employees, unions and regulators to achieve strong HSES outcomes.\nMonitor performance, prepare reports and ensure timely incident management and action closure.\nYour skills and experience\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:\nExperience in Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability roles within manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments.\nStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation.\nConfident communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.\nProactive, solutions-focused and passionate about continuous improvement.\nStrong administrative and computer skills.\nCurrent driver's licence.\nHSES Auditor qualifications or training.(desireable)\nICAM investigation experience.(desireable)\nLean Manufacturing knowledge.(desireable)\nExperience in a large or multinational organisation.(desireable)\n Experience in a Safety and Environmental position.\nPreferred Certificate IV, Diploma in Environmental field. or similar tertiary qualification;\n About us\nOur vision is to lead the circular economy through packaging, reuse and recycling solutions.
