Pact Group is an Australian packaging manufacturer and recycler headquartered in Cremorne, Melbourne, that produces rigid plastic and metal packaging, closures, bulk containers and reuse and pooling solutions. It operates plants across Australia, New Zealand and other markets and runs recycling ventures including Pact Recycling New Zealand and Circular Plastics Australia, its joint venture with Cleanaway that produces recycled PET and PE resin. It hires production and extrusion operators, blow moulding and maintenance technicians, electricians and fitters, supervisors, engineers, supply chain planners and account managers.

Circular Plastics Australia (PET) is a joint venture between Pact Group, Cleanaway, Asahi Beverages, and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, operating Australasia’s largest end-to-end PET recycling facilities. The company transforms used PET plastic bottles and containers into food-grade recycled plastic resin (rPET), which is then used to manufacture new beverage bottles and food packaging, supporting a circular economy. With facilities in Albury (NSW) and Altona North (VIC), Circular Plastics Australia can recycle the equivalent of approximately 2 billion 600ml PET bottles annually and has more than doubled Australia’s local rPET production capacity.
