Partnering with global and local brands, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.\n The Moulder Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production line from blow moulding through to bagging, ensuring production targets and schedules are met. The role includes operating and monitoring blow moulders, vision inspection systems, leak testers, conveyors, and grinders, while working closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Technician forms part of a two-person shift team supporting a 24/5 manufacturing operation.\nAvailable shifts:\nDay - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM\nAfternoon - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM\nNight - 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM\nYour key responsibilities will be to:\nSafely operate production equipment to achieve production targets.\nEnsure products meet quality, food safety, and customer requirements.\nComply with all WHS, quality, environmental, and food safety standards.\nAccurately record production and downtime data to support continuous improvement.\nTroubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.\nPerform routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements.\nMaintain high housekeeping and workplace organisation standards.\nYour skills and experience\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:\nExperience operating blow moulding machine or similar industrial equipment.\nStrong mechanical aptitude\nExperience working in a food manufacturing or similar high-quality production environment.\nA proactive approach to safety and the ability to work within a strong behavioural safety culture.\nFlexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\n At least one year experience in blow moulding machine or similar\nMechanically minded\n About us\nOur vision is to lead the circular economy through packaging, reuse and recycling solutions.
