Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee receiving, inventory, warehousing and dispatch while driving safety, food quality, productivity and customer service.\nYour key responsibilities will be to:\nLead day-to-day warehouse, inventory and dispatch operations.\nChampion safety, GMP, HACCP and food quality standards.\nMaintain strong inventory accuracy, FIFO and stock control.\nLead, coach and develop the warehouse team.\nManage rostering, labour utilisation and operational priorities.\nCoordinate transport providers and customer deliveries.\nDrive Lean, continuous improvement and automation initiatives.\nImprove productivity, service levels and warehouse efficiency.\nYour skills and experience\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:\nSolid exerience in warehouse and distribution operations.\nLeadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nExperience with automated or semi-automated warehousing.\nStrong inventory and stock management capability.\nKnowledge of GMP, HACCP and food manufacturing requirements.\nExperience with Lean or Continuous Improvement.\nStrong people leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.\nCurrent Forklift Licence.\nAbout us\nOur vision is to lead the circular economy through packaging, reuse and recycling solutions.
