Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more. The platform is secured to a bank-grade standard, and we have received our SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.\nPactFi was developed in close partnership with two of the industry's largest players, both of whom represent the top 3 players in the private credit space by both size (AUM) and deal activity.\nAbout the Job\nWe're seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to drive end-to-end client adoption of PactFi’s core workflows.\nFrom day one, you will build deep product knowledge to execute client enablement across new client onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You will directly support new product launches and drive adoption of the end-to-end PactFi experience at scale.\nThis is a high-ownership role at the intersection of clients, Product, Engineering, and Business Development. You'll develop deep expertise in both PactFi and private credit to become a trusted partner to sophisticated financial institutions.\nThis role is based in our New York office.
