Technical Onboarding Analyst

Pacvue is establishing a local presence in Mexico, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City-based candidates who are excited to be part of this new location and contribute to its growth.

About the Role:  

The Technical Onboarding Role plays a crucial part in a client's journey with Pacvue. They sit in the early stages of the post-sales journey where first impressions of Pacvue can impact downstream retention goals. The goal of the Technical Onboarding Role is to help clients navigate complex technical integrations and ensure a smooth handoff to downstream internal teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable interpreting technical onboarding documentation and excel at guiding clients through the technical onboarding journey. 

Responsibilities:  

Integration & Technical Setup 

• Support data integration processes for retail media advertising platforms Pacvue supports, applying established procedures and escalating novel issues to senior team members. 
• Client point of contact for data backfill tasks. QA data files to ensure compliance with process requirements and coordinate with internal teams to upload into Pacvue. 
• Troubleshoot common integration failures and data discrepancies using documented troubleshooting steps, escalating more complex or undocumented issues as needed. 

Client Onboarding & Enablement 

• Support the technical onboarding of new clients (brands and agencies) under guidance from senior team members, helping track progress toward onboarding SLA goals. 
• Produce clear technical documents and integration guides for client facing knowledge base and internal Confluence page. 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

• Partner with Sales, Managed Services and Onboarding to deliver integrations on time and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams during the customer journey. 
• Assist the partnership and product team with day-to-day tasks related to onboarding new ad platforms, under direction from a manager or senior specialist. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of friction in the technical onboarding process and roll out solutions to improve and streamline the technical onboarding process. 
• Works under general supervision, with day-to-day tasks reviewed regularly by a manager; exercises judgment on routine issues but escalates ambiguous or high-stakes decisions. 

Skills & Qualifications:  

• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support, client onboarding, or SaaS platform integration. 
• Experience in any of the following ecommerce advertising platforms: Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Citrus, Sam's Club, Kroger, Target, or Tik Tok. 
• Experience using SaaS ad platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, Quartile, and Commerce IQ is a plus. 
• Great interpersonal skills, team player and customer service focused attitude  
• Familiarity with Vitally and Sales Force is a plus. 
• Moderate Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Index Match, etc.) 
• Experience with Claude or other AI tool. Forward thinking individuals with an eye for finding efficient AI solutions to recurring and complex problems is a plus.
