The coach is responsible for the activities from the buying of the materials through the final material production. This is to also include managing the inventory levels of the facility. The coach will be expected to participate in team meetings related to sales, new product launches, safety, quality, training of Team Members and the overall production of the facility. \nAccountabilities:\nResponsible for safe and efficient operations of the Wire Chop & AWP locations managing both capital resources and labor.\nEnsures the quality of the product produced meets the customers specifications. \nReport on production, safety, goals, and efficiencies to management. Initiate necessary action to meet department goals and personnel needs.\nMonitor product standards and implement quality control programs.\nWork closely with sales department to coordinate shipping and receiving of materials.\nInterpret and administer company policy.\nManage department and individual performance through direct and indirect supervision of employees.\nAll training of Team Members is complete. \nAbility to meet physical demands and perform the essential job functions within the work environment identified in this job description.\nOutcomes:\nAchieve safety targets, including but not limited to; 0 injuries, 92 % on safety scorecard, housekeeping, and adherence to all PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules. \nAchieve 100% on spec and on time deliveries. \nEnsuring 100% of all Team Leaders and Team Members are trained accordingly. \nManaging purchases and operations to achieve plant’s yearly operating income budget.\nQualifications: \nEngineering degree or related experience required. \nBachelor’s degree in business management or applicable business experience.\n2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling environment.\n5+ years supervisory experience.\nProven leadership skills.\nWorking knowledge of machine operation.\nKnowledge in plastics manufacturing in the grading of materials.\nKnowledge of OSHA and Safety compliance requirements.\nProfessional assertive attitude.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task.\nA thorough understanding of MS Excel and MS Office is required. \nPADNOS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
