They will be responsible for overall operations of the production and logistics areas during their shift. \nImplement PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules processes and expectations daily with team members. \nWork directly with Coach to assess workflow improvements in and out of the plant. \nCreate new processes and implement change to maximize efficiencies. \nExecute sound problem-solving practices for all types of situations. \nCommunicate clearly and consistently on mission critical information both up and down their reporting structure. \nUnderstand and communicate concerns based upon level of risk. \nAchieve competency in buying, switching, inventory management and other duties to backfill gaps as needed. \nMaintain positive and pro-active approach to running the plant and yard. \nProvide mentorship and training of Plant Team Members. \nExceed KPI targets through team-based leadership. \nBuild a culture of diversity, inclusion, fairness, accountability equity, and high standards with all personnel. \nAssure the highest level of quality in all tasks being performed. \nTeam Lead Position Qualifications: \n2 plus years experience leading a team of individuals in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to handle multiple tasks \nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills \nEnjoys technology \nAbility to serve and to lead \nMust be able to perform to all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations \nPADNOS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
