The company has thrived as a family business through four generations and has grown to be a market leader and best in class innovator. \nPosition Summary\nThis position is responsible for driving a company truck, such as a Van Trailer, Highside, Switch Truck, Box Truck, Bulk Tanker or Tow Truck, and switching trailers or containers at customer account locations. Also responsible for other driving assignments as directed by Dispatch. Actively participates and displays behaviors of the company values. \nSchedule \n Monday- Friday\n5:00 am - 5:00 pm\n\nResponsibilities\nService customer locations and always maintain good customer relations\nProvide outstanding customer service as a service representative for the company\nPrepare shipping documents for all loads, weigh all loads and perform initial material inspections\nMaintain paperwork for scale tickets, shippers, logbooks and trip reports\nComplete and submit necessary reports, such as accident damage and traffic violation reports\nPerform daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspection\nSubmit to random drug and alcohol testing as required\nInspect loads and tarp/secure loads when necessary\nMaintain inside of truck\nData entry for vendor codes and trip reports\nOther duties as necessary\nDaily vehicle inspection reports\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma \nCDL Class A license required with no manual transmission restriction (E restriction)\nMust have a clear driving record \nProven customer service skills \nLift up to 75 lbs. while chaining \nLegible handwriting and strong mathematical skills\nAbility to work independently and be detailed oriented\nAbility to maintain logbooks\nMust be willing to work in an outdoor environment\n\nPADNOS has a rich history of taking care of our Team Members, their families and the multiple communities we serve.
