We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity.\nWhat You'll Do\nProject team leadership and discipline management, responsible for completing the project on time and within budget\nResponsible for the preparation of deliverable documents including narratives, calculations, drawings and specifications\nAttend client meetings, lead the coordination effort between external and internal project teams\nIndependently evaluate and apply design judgment, techniques, and procedures to complete a project from concepts through construction\nExtensive knowledge of converged infrastructure and ability to lead the design of telecom, audiovisual, security, healthcare and other technology system\nAssemble effective project teams \nDevelop project workplans, tasks and assignments for the team\nThorough understanding of interdisciplinary coordination \nAdvanced understanding of the application of building codes and technology industry standards\nOversee calculations and equipment selection\nPrepare and review opinions of probable construction costs\nPerform site visits and issues reports\nProvide training, guidance and mentorship for staff\nProvide updates to master specifications and standards, and improve company processes\nDevelop client relationships \nOversee the application of the project quality management plan (QMP)\nPerform other duties as assigned \nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s Degree for discipline work or equivalent work experience\nRelevant professional credential (i.e. PE, CTS, RCDD, PSP) \nRequires a minimum of 2-4 years Technology design lead, or 5-10 years’ related work experience\nInspire and motivate staff\nServe as a technical resource for the company\nAdvanced understanding of technology design concepts and ability to effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group\nThorough understanding of project phases and their associated deliverables\nStrong delegation skills\nProactive and effective communicator \nAttention to detail and advanced organizational skills\nKnowledge and application of NEC and relevant building and energy codes\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nRevit/AutoCAD\nWhat We Offer\nHiring Base Salary Range:$113,500-$140,200 annualThis position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay\n\nThe base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs.
