managing existing agents, reactivating inactive agents, growing the agent network base, and boosting revenue via various telemarketing skills.Furthermore, the ideal candidate must be able to convert pre-qualified sales leads, generate new business, and use upselling tactics to secure the best possible deal and follow up with agents to ensure an excellent customer experience.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMake calls to agents to check their activities, address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services\nRespond efficiently and accurately to agents, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that the agents feel supported and valued\nEngage in active listening with agents, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry agents as needed\nBuild lasting relationships with agents based on trust and reliability\nUtilise software, database, script, and tools appropriately to achieve results\nUnderstand and strive to meet and exceed Inside sales call metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service\nMake sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit the agent's needs\nTake part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures by maintaining records of the telephone communications and interactions using the
