Lead Product Manager

You will own the product end-to-end, from identifying customer problems and defining product strategy to shipping features, driving adoption, and scaling business metrics. This is a high-ownership role requiring someone who has successfully launched and grown a consumer product used by millions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the complete product roadmap for a consumer-facing business vertical.
• Drive product strategy based on customer insights, data, and business goals.
• Launch new products and features from ideation through execution and post-launch optimisation.
• Define and prioritise product requirements with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.
• Improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetisation.
• Build seamless discovery, booking, payments, and transactional experiences.
• Analyse product metrics, customer behaviour, funnel performance, and A/B test results to make product decisions.
• Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships to scale the business.
• Own product success metrics and business outcomes for the LOB.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience building consumer (B2C) digital products.
• Has launched a product end-to-end and successfully taken it live in production.
• Experience owning products after launch and driving adoption, engagement, and business growth.
• Strong understanding of consumer journeys, growth loops, funnels, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience scaling products with millions of users.
• Experience with recommendations, personalisation, loyalty, subscriptions, or marketplace products.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics tools.
