screens and organise in-person interviews.\nCoordinate offer and hiring processes.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience.\nHands-on experience with recruiting IT professionals.\nWork experience with remote teams on collaboration platforms.\nSuccessful recruiting tenure in a fast-paced environment.\nA strong background in technical recruiting and/or a solid understanding of software engineering skill sets.\nExperience serving as an advisor and partner to hiring managers and leadership for all things related to recruiting.\nStellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships
