For more information, visit pagaya.com.\nAbout the Role \nThe successful BI Team lead, will play a key role in managing and growing a team responsible for delivering impactful data products and solutions.\nAs a BI Team Lead, you will oversee the personal and professional development of your team, while also being the main point of contact for client-facing data initiatives. You’ll drive data strategy and contribute to new initiatives that support cross-company objectives. This role involves collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions. You will also enhance the company’s understanding of key business metrics by building automated tools and insightful visualizations in a rich data environment.\nYou will also be responsible for integrating AI and machine-learning capabilities into BI solutions, including developing automation processes and AI agents to support decision-making.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in a BI Lead or BI Team Lead role\n5+ years experience with BI/data analytics\nDemonstrated expertise in working with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau\nProven experience designing user flows e2e and user-friendly representations of data for various stakeholders\nExperience with AI/ML tools or integrating AI into BI workflows\nProficient in SQL\nExperience with ETLELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri)\nGreat analysis abilities and strong business orientation\nCapacity for systemic thinking and a proven ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency\nCapacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments\nHighly adaptable to a fast-moving workplace, full of energy, quick to learn, and driven by a \"make it happen\" attitude\nExceptional communication and storytelling skills\nOur Team\nPagaya was founded in 2016 by seasoned research, finance, and technology entrepreneurs, and we are now 500+ strong in New York, Los Angeles, and Tel Aviv.\nWe move fast and smart, identifying new opportunities and building end-to-end solutions from AI models and unique data sources.
