strict confidentiality and data integrity.\nCollect, organize, and verify supporting documentation required by grant funders.\nEnsure all required grant records are complete, accurate, and compliant with funding requirements.\nMonitor reporting deadlines and assist in preparing documentation for timely submissions.\nAssist Grants Team with assembling grant packages, reports, and supporting documentation.\nMaintain document tracking systems and filing structures to ensure records are easily accessible for audits and monitoring visits.\nSupport preparation for funder monitoring visits, audits, and compliance reviews.\nGenerate routine reports from databases as requested by department leadership.\nPerform other administrative and departmental support duties as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy. \nExperience working with electronic databases and data management systems. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. \nAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and program information. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)\nMinimum Experience:\n1 year of administrative, data entry, or records management
