We seek individuals who thrive in challenging and diverse environments, are motivated goal achievers, and have a willingness to learn.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAssist with model validations and performance monitoring for asset-liability management, derivative pricing, mortgage prepayment, credit risk, and stress testing models\nAssist with the development of benchmarking models, including ML/AI models.\nPerform data ETL, analysis, visualization, and reporting.\nConduct research on modeling topics.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements:\nEffective written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to take instructions and work independently, as well as in a team setting.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nAnalytical skills and critical thinking.\nStrong mathematical/statistical/machine learning background.\nProficiency in Python or a similar programming language.\nUnderstanding of financial market concepts, fixed-income analytics, mortgage valuation, stress testing, and credit risk.\nProgram Features & Requirements:\nInterns are paid a competitive hourly rate.\nInterns work a minimum of 20 hours per week during Spring/Fall semesters and full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (June - August).
