Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers.\n Responsibilities:\nAssists in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions; counts, packages, and labels dosages. Prices and files prescriptions.\nAdds measured drugs or nutrients to intravenous solutions under sterile conditions to prepare intravenous (IV) packs under supervision.\nParticipation in regulatory documentation and daily processes specific to area.\nMaintains appropriate stock levels and informs supervisor of stock needs and shortages cleans and helps maintain equipment and work area per established procedures.\nAccesses patient profiles and electronic health record as needed to accomplish assigned tasks participates in medication related charge documentation and submission activities.\nThe duties listed are general in nature and are examples of the duties and responsibilities performed and are not meant to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
