Interns must be located in Indianapolis during the duration of the program and be willing to commit to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/2 days remote each week.\nWhat You’ll Experience\nOur Product Delivery team helps ensure that products, projects, and technology solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with business goals. Working within an Agile framework, the team supports planning, execution, continuous improvement, and measurement of work to help teams deliver value to customers and stakeholders.\nAs a Product Delivery intern at FHLBank, you’ll:\nSupport Agile and Product Delivery activities by assisting with organizing and facilitating project-related meetings, including scrum ceremonies and other Product Delivery sessions.\nMonitor, track, and analyze team impediments, helping identify solutions that support efficient product delivery.\nCollect, analyze, and report on project and team performance metrics to provide actionable insights.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute recommendations that enhance team effectiveness.\nParticipate in Agile retrospective planning sessions and support follow-up activities to drive continuous improvement.\nAssess the effectiveness of ceremonies, team collaboration, and delivery practices, providing feedback and improvement suggestions.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of Agile reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.\nResearch and evaluate practical artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that can improve productivity, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.\nSupport Product Delivery teams with coordination, documentation, and communication efforts across projects and initiatives.\nApply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively.\nGain exposure to the finance and banking industry while learning how technology supports business operations.\nParticipate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!).\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe’re seeking students who:\nAre actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.\nHave completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies.
