Join the PSC family today!\nJob Duties & Responsibilities:\nDrain liquid heel, remove solid product heel using confine space tank entry inside railcar in order to clean using required PPE\nClean tanks, and refill boiler unit at designated intervals, using cleaning solutions or water.\nAdd specified amounts of chemicals to equipment at required times to maintain solution levels and concentrations.\nMeasure and mix cleaning solutions and calibrate gas meter.\nOperate and tend boiler unit to wash and remove impurities from inbound railcars to prepare them for repairs, lining touchup and released back into service.\nObserve boiler cleaning operations, gauges, or thermometers, and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.\nSet controls to regulate temperature and length of cleaning cycles, and start pumps, generator, and boiler machine.\nExamine, inspect and troubleshoot boiler unit for detect malfunctions.\nAdjust, clean cleaning equipment, hoses, pumps using hand tools and cleaning solution.\nFollow proper cleaning procedures and proper PPE requirement in the mobile cleaning operation procedures.\nFollow prescribed safety procedures and comply with federal laws regulating waste disposal methods.Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job\nJob Qualifications:• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams• Speak, write, read fluent English• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a
