Partners directly with the Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) to understand business member’s needs and expectations and ensure that their support needs and service levels are continuously met. The TSA is also the first point of contact for all standard requests submitted to the treasury team from front line associates. The TSA will also partner with the Transaction Operations group to conduct maintenance and issue resolution of existing services.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: \nManages incoming sales referrals and inquiries from all frontline associates\n\nPrepare any forms necessary for the implementation of new services or maintenance requests\n\nFacilitate the signing and collection of agreements required for the setup of new services\n\nPerform setup specific functions related to all treasury services\n\nMember training of all treasury services to include Business Online Banking\n\nResponds to Treasury Services mailbox incoming servicing and issue inquires, Business Online Banking secure messages and sales opportunities\n\nMaintains various daily, weekly and monthly reports and associated report driven tasks\n\nMay perform other duties as assigned\n\nServices MBS managed relationships:\nAssists TSO in the management of deposit accounts.\n\nPerforms all deposit account functions to include opening, maintenance and general inquiries for MBS managed clients\n\nFirst point of MBS client contact for any treasury service related inquires.\n\nHandles MBS client requests for information and resolves problems promptly. Involves TSO only when needed.\n\nMBS client training of all treasury services to include Business Online Banking\n\nCoordinates with internal Member Business Services partners’ referral opportunities\n\nHelps develop long-term solutions for business members to ensure business member and account retention.\n\nPerforms office support functions:\nAssists other support for the TSO as directed.\n\nTypes letters, memos, etc. as needed.\n\nParticipates in special projects as requested.\n\nAccurately perform all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC functions related to opening accounts, account maintenance changes, OFAC verification, reporting suspicious activity to the Security Department, and completing all required training.\n\nOther duties may be required and assigned by the Director.\n\nPrerequisites for Job:\nA minimum of 4 years in a business banking role, at least two of which are deposit account management or treasury services related role.\n\nKnowledge:\nFamiliar with business deposit products\n\nOverall knowledge of financial products and services\n\nUnderstands a business structure and business cash management needs\n\nExperience in being on a team with direct customer/member relationships\n\nPrior experience in servicing business relationships\n\nExperience working with various finance roles of a business\n\nWill maintain a working knowledge of the current treasury products offered\n\nSkills:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\n\nMust be accurate and detail oriented\n\nMust have the ability to work independently as well as with a team\n\nMust be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment\n\nProficient in using Microsoft Office applications\n\nProficient with various virtual meeting applications\n\nMust be able to work with a sense of urgency\n\nMinimum Education and Experience:\nCollege degree is preferred\n\nSufficient demonstrated experience with results in areas of responsibility may substitute for educational requirements\n\nSalary range: $55,000 -
