Nevro also provides minimally invasive treatment options for patients suffering from chronic sacroiliac joint pain.\nThe duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nOversee operations efficiency and standardization in the production lines.\nDirectly responsible for the production and quality of the product, as well as line personnel.\nAnalyze and evaluate process improvements in order to reduce defects and scrap and/or improve yields.\nFollow procedures established for each operation, and keep work areas organized and clean at all times.\nParticipate and/or lead problem-solving processes, whether due to increasing trends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, among others.\nMonitors compliance within company policies and procedures (e.g., compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, or other regulations).\nComply with all safety and health regulations for the position and the direct reports.\nComply with all quality regulations for the position and the direct reports.\nEnsure compliance of the organization's management systems to guarantee effectiveness and adherence to established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.\nGenerate/Maintain a Training Plan and Matrix for direct labor (operators).\nEnsure direct labor is trained to the latest versions of the MPIs.\nEstablish the Qualified Trainer requirements.\nIdentify and develop potential Qualified Trainers in production.\nGenerate and maintaine WI(s) to support the Instruction Led process and all aids required to facilitate the training process.\nManage the Instructor Led training budget for the site.\nEnsure Training Technician monitor and send training compliance report to the Production Supervisor. \nEnsure Training representative for the NHO sessions when implemented.\nBe the Instructor Led Training representative for the CR site for internal and external audits.\nConsolidate Training Matrix updates related to the CR Job Codes and share them with the Training Coordinator in Corporate.
