This role partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, establish hiring priorities, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.\nThe Talent Acquisition Partner builds and maintains diverse talent pipelines for current and future business needs, uses recruiting data and local labor-market insights to guide hiring strategies, and serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process. This role also identifies opportunities to improve recruiting processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance the overall candidate experience.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nPartner with manufacturing, Operations, Human Resources, and department leaders to assess staffing needs, clarify job requirements, establish hiring priorities, and develop realistic hiring timelines.\nManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, quality, maintenance, and warehouse positions across multiple shifts and skill levels.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social and professional networks, employee referrals, community organizations, technical schools, workforce agencies, career fairs, and other local talent channels.\nBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and anticipated roles. \nConduct candidate outreach and screening to evaluate qualifications, relevant work history, schedule and shift availability, compensation alignment, motivation and interest in the opportunity.\nCoordinate interviews, site visits, hiring events, and other selection activities while maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.\nEstablish and maintain recruiting expectations with hiring managers, identify process bottlenecks, and proactively communicate or escalate issues that may impact hiring timelines or candidate experience.\nPrepare and extend offers in accordance with approved compensation practices and support pre-employment and onboarding handoffs.\nMaintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, disposition, and hiring records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS.\nTrack and analyze recruiting metrics, including time to fill, requisition aging, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, candidate flow, and hiring-event results; identify trends and recommend actions to improve recruiting outcomes.\nCollaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, seasonal or expansion hiring, attrition risks, and changing production demands.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, sourcing strategies, candidate communications, and hiring-manager practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.\nSupport employer-branding initiatives and represent the company at community, school, military, workforce-development, and industry recruiting events.\nDevelop and maintain productive relationships with staffing agencies and other approved external recruiting partners; monitor service quality and use partners as approved.\nEnsure recruiting practices comply with company policy and applicable employment laws, including consistent documentation and candidate dispositioning.\nProvide a professional, responsive, and respectful experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nStrong consultative and customer-service skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence hiring managers and business leaders.\nExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\nStrong organization, prioritization, follow-through, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment with competing requisitions and changing business priorities.\nAbility to use applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, Microsoft Office applications, sourcing platforms, and recruiting data to manage work and communicate results.\nSound judgment, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to fair and consistent hiring practices.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing production needs, and maintain a sense of urgency without compromising candidate quality or experience.\nAbility to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional early, late, or off-shift recruiting activities, based on business needs.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nThree (3) or more years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience required.\nExperience supporting high-volume hourly hiring and skilled-trades or technical recruitment preferred.\nExperience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable applicant tracking and HR information system preferred.\nAbout PAI:\nPAI Pharma has been at the forefront of producing better-targeted suspensions, oral solutions, elixirs, syrups, and liquids for 58 years.
